FOR LBC SHIPPING: To track your LBC shipping, please go to and enter the tracking number we sent to your email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please expect possible delays in LBC deliveries in some affected areas due to ECQ / MECQ. Always check your delivery status using the tracking number provided in your email. Below are estimate delivery days:

  • NCR – 2 to 3 business days
  • Luzon – 2 to 5 business days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 5 to 10 business days

For delayed shipping, please send us a message so we can help you coordinate with LBC with regards to the status of your shipment.

We will only ship orders once payment has been completed and confirmed.


If you completed your payment using PayPal, we will send a follow-up notification via email with your shipping tracking number for LBC. Please make sure that you put your email address and mobile number accurately in order to receive order notifications.

If you choose to settle your payment via Bank Deposit, please complete your payment within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation. Here are the steps:

ALL LBC shipments are FULLY INSURED. For lost / unshipped items sent via LBC, please send us a message so we can help you coordinate with LBC customer care to process the full refund of your payment.


International shipping is really hard for us to gauge and guarantee. Customs for Canada and the UK have been very slow over the last year and, although we will ship your order immediately, customs sometimes takes several days to release the package for delivery. Please give yourself lots of time to receive your order.
